We are available for you
Our colleagues from the technical support and customer services are there to help you directly, either by telephone or in person. In addition to Bernhard and Timo Richter, eight other experts from the areas of elastomer technology, chemistry, testing and application technology will advise you.
We support you when you have questions about products, materials, test procedures or in the case of defects, explain test results and standards, provide important decision-making aids, provide training or supervise your technical audits. Our six colleagues in the customer service department provide the best organisational support for orders, processes, seminars and accounting.

We are located directly on the main connecting road between Kleintbottwar and Oberstenfeld. Regardless of whether you arrive by car or public transport, you cannot miss us.

By public transport
- Take the train to Marbach am Neckar. For example, take the S4 via Stuttgart Main Station or Ludwigsburg.
- From Marbach, take the bus no. 460 in the direction of “Schulzentrum, Beilstein (Württemberg)”.
- Get off at the bus stop “Rosenplatz” in Großbottwar. Our building is located directly at this stop.
