class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In 2002, O-Ring Pr\u00fcflabor Richter GmbH was accredited by the DAkks (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle, the national accreditation body of the Federal Republic of Germany) for the first time. Since then, we have been listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dakks.de\/de\/akkreditierte-stellen-suche.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DAkks<\/a> website and continue to maintain, monitor and renew this accreditation for our laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/elastomer-institut.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/2023_Akkreditierungsurkunden_00_01_02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DAkks-Accreditation<\/a> certifies our professional competence to perform the examinations and tests we offer on elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers and plastics correctly and validly.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of our flexible accreditation covers mechanical-technological tests and resistance tests on seals, moulded parts and materials.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-1qtfk-9-64b8f0fef9163aa746b81b2bf688d17f\">\n.flex_column.av-1qtfk-9-64b8f0fef9163aa746b81b2bf688d17f{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-1qtfk-9-64b8f0fef9163aa746b81b2bf688d17f av_one_half  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  '     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-kkxx73rg-8-d9e73b67d86c86a1308181f4b7f4277f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In total, the list of accredited tests contains 70 different test standards (ISO, DIN, VDA, ASTM test standards). The individual test standards covered by the accreditation can be found here in the <a href=\"http:\/\/elastomer-institut.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/2023_Zf-Anlagen-zur-Teil-Akkreditierungsurkunde_00_01_02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">annexes to the DAkkS accreditation certificates<\/a>. Certification attests to <strong>conformity<\/strong> with a defined requirement or standard. I.e. it is an evidence that a company, a person, an organisation, a system, a product or a service complies with the requirements. Thus, it is primarily the correctness of procedures that is examined, not whether their contents are factually correct or meaningful in each specific individual case. Certification is carried out by an independent certification body (e.g. T\u00dcV, DQS, etc.) and is limited in time. In the accreditation procedure, the company proves to an independent accreditation body that it performs its activities in a professionally competent manner, in compliance with legal and normative requirements and at an internationally comparable level. In simple terms, the company and its staff are capable not only to carry out procedures correctly, but also to decide which procedures, if any, make sense. Accreditations are carried out in Germany by the DAkks. Accreditations are valid longer than certifications, but must also be renewed.<\/p>\n<p>A testing laboratory is accredited if it meets the requirements of DIN ISO\/IEC 17025.
